Portland General Electric Company has announced the final phase of its Biglow Canyon Wind Farm is complete, and all 217 turbines of the project are available to generate power for PGE customers. Iberdrola Renewables has announced a power purchase agreement (PPA) with a new customer, We Energies of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. GE Energy Financial Services in partnership with Horizon Wind Energy LLC is investing $117 million in an Oklahoma wind farm.
