Genesis Invest obtains exclusive distribution rights for Tassa vertical wind energy system
Genesis Invest AG has obtained the exclusive distribution rights from German developer and supplier for the US market for the "Tassa" vertical wind energy system. Moreover, the companies will be testing the feasibility of a joint venture.
The USA is Genesis Invest AG's primary market for the introduction of their market-ready products and systems for decentralized water purification and supply of drinking water, as well as for the production and supply of renewable energy. In the context of this market launch, Genesis Invest reached an agreement to work in close cooperation with the Wolfsburg developer and supplier of the Tassa vertical wind energy systems.
Genesis Invest acquired, in particular, the exclusive rights to distribute the innovative wind energy systems in the USA, which are administered by the Miami-based licensee of the Genesis Group, Green Eco Sys LLC. Moreover, the companies will be testing the feasibility of a possible joint venture.
"We have good reasons to believe that both the Caribbean and Central and South American markets can be developed within the shortest time and at the lowest cost", affirmed Wolfgang Goese, CEO of Genesis Invest. The choice of the Miami location was of great strategic importance to Genesis.
